About the project
RACEON is a platform for developing the motorsport community and for making motorsport better known in Armenia.
Protection of project materials
The source code of RACEON, original texts, graphics, design elements and other original materials of the project may be protected by the intellectual property law that applies. Copying, distributing or otherwise using protected materials without the permission the rights holder requires is not allowed, except where the law itself allows that use. Names, logos and photos of Formula 1, the FIA, the teams and the drivers belong to their owners. The terms describe that. Texts and images that people publish on the site stay with their authors.
The RACEON name and brand
The name RACEON, the logo and other elements of the brand must not be used in a way that gives a false impression of an official connection, approval or partnership, unless there is permission for that use.
Use of materials
Being able to open the site, or to see what it can do, does not give ownership of protected materials of the project. It also does not by itself grant a licence to use them. The source repository is under a proprietary licence: access to the repository does not give a right to copy, change, publish, or build a product from the code. Nothing on this page claims an exclusive right in general ideas, concepts, features, business models or the principles on which social platforms work.
